Instructions and support are a joke!
I bought a Sinus SMF421-B1 full-motion TV wall mount at Costco for $79.99. Big mistake. There are NO written/illustrated instructions in the box. A sheet inside the box has recommended QR codes for installation videos. But when you go to the videos they show a mount that is NOTHING like the one in the box! No help at all! Then they list a toll-free number for help. I called that number and no answer! Not even a recording. Total frustration...how do these clowns get their product into Costco? Plus, the whole mechanism seemed somewhat flimsy for the price.

Good but with a catch for Samsung S95B OLED Tv.
I bought this from Costco for my Samsung QA65S95B OLED TV.
Nice and strong wall mount. Not fully compatible with S95B OLED.
Before installing the TV wall brackets for S95B connect the power cable through the channel, otherwise you won't be able to access the cable hiding channel at the back of the TV. The horizontal brackets are too long and goes over this channel.
Also note that you won't be able to use the back cover for the ports at the back of the TV because of this long bracket.
Post installation leveling is not that great. I had problem with the leveling. When the Tv is pulled out from fully retracted position the level changes slightly.

Horrible experience - returned it
Bought this yesterday and had a horrible time trying to install it. Poor directions that were super confusing and there wasn’t a lot of support on figuring out how high to place it, where to get upper and lower brackets in. The HeightFinder tool was not to be trusted. We ended up having to give up and return it. Very disappointed and there are hours of my life I can’t get back now. Don’t recommend. Save yourself some time/heartache and don’t get it or have a professional install for you.

Simple and easy to install!
Have had this for over a year and it’s been great. We use it to swivel towards the kitchen while I’m cooking or when we are watching from the dining area. Sturdy as long as installed per instructions.

Don’t trust their height finder
Great mount but the height finder was off by 5 inches. I made sure to go through it 3 times before drilling…all information was accurate Height finder did not get it to the desired height…now really big holes in my shiplap wall…disappointing. Recommend,but do your own calculations in the height
