Its Ok.
Bought this wall mount from costco. Instructions i found were ok to use, but found out quickly that the hardware for attatching to the tv blocks input jacks for RGB on my LG65" which i also purchased at costco. It doesnt block the power input or the hdmi plugins which was a plus. Considering Sanus website mentioned it was compatiable with my TV. I also found that the tension tilt knob to tighten or loosen is not welll built/made. My first purchase with this mount i guessed i overtighted the knob and somehow stripped it and it wouldnt keep the tv at a tilt that i needed. So i had to return the whole mount back to get another thinking it would be better. Not really. Still have to be carefull as to not tighten to much. All in all a very sturdy mount. Strong and designed well to look good.

Good Mount - Install not so good
Before attempting installation, I studied all documentation that came in the box as well as information on the website. I even read all of the reviews. The review that I should have paid close attention to was the one that warned you not to rely on the HeightFinder tool on the website. As there is really no other way to determine where to drill holes for my desired TV position I had no choice but to use the tool. My situation was somewhat different than most, I was trying to mount my TV between an existing entertainment center, so my measurements had to be precise. After measuring the distance I wanted the TV from the floor I entered that distance (plus an extra 1/4 inch just in case) into the tool. I drilled my holes exactly as told. Loaded the TV on the mount and it would not clear the top part of the entertainment unit. The measurement was 1 1/2 inches off, which might not seem like much, unless you're trying to fit the TV into a wall unit. So I had to start all over again! What was going to be a 2 hour job turned into much more!! Also, the bracket on the back of my TV was at the max screw holes top and bottom, so I couldn't adjust there. The other issue that I had once I finally got the wall bracket at the right height and the TV back on the mount was leveling. The instruction manual tells you to tighten the set screw on the bracket after hanging the TV, which I did. But you can't turn the leveling screw with the set screw completely tightened, took me a bit to figure that out. Overall I believe the mount is a good one, but the installation could have been much easier with more accurate instructions and a more accurate HeightFinder. I wanted the mount so that I could bring the TV out flush with the wall unit. On the stand it sat a good 6 inches into the unit and you couldn't see part of the TV when not sitting directly in front of it. This did solve that issue.

Horizontal TV bracket blocks power and input jacks
I brought this from Costco. When I install I found the Horizontal TV bracket blocks the power and A/V input jacks for my new LG UK6500AUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV. The website said it the TV is compatible with this mount.

Full motion convenience for almost any TV!
I purchased this full motion TV mount to replace my clunky TV stand in my bedroom. I am so glad I made this purchase as I was able to mount higher off the ground which really opens up the room. The extension arms makes attaching your devices a breeze and then you can angle and tilt to get the perfect angle when lounging. Super smooth adjustments and the thing is built like a tank. Highly recommend!

Great Features and Price and Easy Install
Bought this TV Mount at Costco, and I am very pleased with the product, installation, and outcome. Everything I needed was either included or available online (height finder). Installation was pretty straightforward, and there were no surprises. The tight fitting bottom wall-plate screws (to "lock" the mount arm into the wall bracket), though, were a bit tedious to install. They must be installed upward from below, in tight quarters, while holding the arm assembly in position. Finally, the height finder item was great, as my TV ended up almost exactly where the guidance assistance said it would...nice! All together, this SANUS TV mount is well-priced, the instruction booklet is well done and very easy to follow, and the end result of the installation more than met my expectations.

Great mount, height instructions were off
I installed this mount today. The mount itself works well. However, the Sanus recommended height for my Samsung 65" Q6 series TV was off by a few inches. The bottom of the TV ended up a few inches below where the website said it would even though the drill holes were at the specified height. I ended up needing to get a shorter table because of it. Bottom line is don't trust the online tool.

Great Wall Mount!
Picked this up at Costco. Instructions easy and clear and the videos and height finder rounded everything out so that it was a very easy install. Installation was broken into three clear steps and parts were sorted for each step. High quality parts make this a product I am happy to have purchased.

Love this wall mount!
Once we found the instruction booklet in the box, installation was a breeze. We started watching the video but the instruction booklet was very well illustrated and easy to follow. We are really pleased with the extensive movement that this mount accommodates. Bought it at Costco and it is a keeper! Very pleased!! (FYI, we mounted a 55” TV)

Poor instructions. Model doesn't seem to exist.
I bought this at Costco thinking it must be a good product and I loved the full motion description. It was exactly what I was looking for in a wall mount. Unfortunately, the instructions provided are not 'easy" as they constantly state. And the videos the instructions direct you to don't exist. The URL for the Height Finder tool also took me nowhere, but I searched Google and eventually found it on Sanus' website (Sanus' website search said 'not found'). I couldn't find this model (SLF226) in the Height Tool drop down list, so I picked the only full motion mount listed. I entered all the measurements that the Height Tool required only to reach the end in which it stated 'DO NOT DRILL" and I was directed to call a number before installing. Wow. Thank goodness I persisted as far as I did. I'm returning it tomorrow. I have the feeling this model has been discontinued or is obsolete. Why else would it be so hard to get information.

No instructions and no video instructions
Probably have to go back. There were no paper instructions. Yes, their is a large graphic that give a step 1, 2 and 3 but that’s just very general instructions. No details. The large graphic gives a web address for video instructions. You go there. It tells you what tools to use but, nothing else. There are 2 videos that are clearly on this landing page but, they are titled “is this mount right for you?” and another “mount features”. Watched both. Neither are the least bit helpful. It’s not like this is my first TV mount. This is the 5th mount I’ve installed. I have a good sense for these things. I’m just struggling with how to attach the mounting brackets to the tv. I can easily mount the main bracket to the wall and a lot of other stuff. The way the mounting hardware mounts to the TV though is very different. Never seen anything quite like it. 1 star due to failure to launch.
